Kharma Lindsey is a trauma-informed facilitator, ritualist, and licensed plant medicine guide devoted to the sacred work of remembering.

She is the creator of Embodied Alchemy, a ceremonial modality that weaves together somatic breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system integration to help people return to their bodies, their voice, and their wholeness.

With decades of experience in education, facilitation, and cultural healing, Kharma holds space where the spiritual and the scientific meet — grounded in the body, opened by rhythm, and held in deep community. As a ceremonial drum builder and teacher, she guides seekers in crafting their own healing instruments as acts of reclamation and ancestral reconnection.

In her circles, sound becomes medicine, movement becomes prayer, and voice becomes truth. Whether through plant medicine, breathwork, or ritual, Kharma helps others shed what no longer serves and reclaim the rhythms of authenticity as unique as their own heartbeat.

She believes healing is a remembering of who we are, where we come from, and how to belong to ourselves, the Earth and each other.
